IMPORTANT INFORMATION & GUIDELINES
BEFORE YOU ORDER:
- Review our design specifications carefully (refer to our UV DTF Design Guide)
- Your graphics will print at the exact dimensions you specify
- UV DTF transfers work on any hard, flat surface – we recommend testing on a small area first
- Our transfers are durable and waterproof, but hand washing is recommended (avoid dishwashers)
- Avoid very thin design elements (lines thinner than 0.5mm) and thin fonts for best results
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
- Carefully remove the carrier sheet (bottom layer)
- Position and apply the transfer to your clean surface
- Firmly press and smooth the entire transfer using your fingers or a squeegee
- Remove the top protective layer
- Allow 24 hours before washing for optimal adhesion
DESIGN REQUIREMENTS:
- File Format: PNG files only (no exceptions)
- Resolution: High-quality images at 300 DPI minimum (250 DPI absolute minimum)
- Background: Remove backgrounds unless specifically intended
- Mirroring: Do NOT mirror your images
- Transparency Effects: Note that glow effects, gradients, and smoky backgrounds may not print as expected
- Spacing: Ensure adequate space between designs and stay within cut-off borders
- Image Sizing: Trim excess space around images – your transfer will print exactly as sized
QUALITY ASSURANCE:
Low-resolution images (under 300 DPI) will display an error warning (!). Submitting these files may result in blurry or pixelated prints. We cannot modify submitted files, so please ensure your images meet quality standards before ordering.
IMPORTANT POLICIES:
- All sales are final – no returns or exchanges
- Customer is responsible for proper application and surface compatibility
- We cannot edit submitted designs – please review carefully before ordering
- Post-submission edits may not be possible and could affect turnaround time
